About VANM

VANM provides a search engine for local products and services by category, which matches the demand and supply of local ads with the privacy of nearby users. VANM (Viral Advertising Network Mining) is a peer-to-peer (P2P) local advertising platform that redistributes shares of advertising revenue among its users in a decentralized ledger.

The VANM P2P advertising platform is a purely mobile application, complemented by a gaming aspect, such as a goal-based and feedback-based earning algorithm. The gamified and social aspects of a mobile application are vital to keep users from investing and having fun in the advertising mining process.

Users receive ads that match their interests from local suppliers and a portion of advertising revenue in the form of VANM tokens. By accepting VANM tokens as a means of payment, suppliers can gain a competitive edge and download more content. Advertisers, in turn, benefit from the community of artists and the associated higher coverage.

Selling VANM Tokens

The sale of public VANM tokens will be supported by the continued smart contract for the Ethereum blockchain. The VANM token will be distributed to future users of the platform in exchange for Ethereum, and therefore assets will be decentralized.

The company will hold an open sale of tokens in two stages:

The pre-sale starts at 00:00 UTC on November 17, 2018 and ends at 00:00 UTC on December 31, 2018 or when all VANM tokens allocated for pre-sale 24,000,000 are sold, whichever comes first. Tokens that were not sold during pre-sales will be moved to the main ICO.

Crowdsale will start at 00:00 UTC on January 1, 2019 and end at 19:00 UTC on May 1, 2019 or when all 144 million VANM tokens are sold, whichever comes first. Tokens that were not sold during the crowdsale remain the property of the company.
