INTRO COINvest will be a social platform aimed exclusively at ITR holders, letting them arrange arrangements for joint investment in real estate, allowing various joint ownership schemes such as timeshares, also executed through smart contracts. Finally, INTRO REstate will let the ITR holder pay for the property under construction in installments through a smart contract with the developer, with a maximum 36-month installment plan based on the standard property development cycle.
