INTRO Sale is a B2B platform that allows real estate brokers to trade with developers with transactions guaranteed by smart contracts that include a deposit from the buyer and a cancellation fee from the seller. Planned improvements to the platform's current functionality include the development of blockchain-based auctions. INTRO COINvest will be a social platform aimed exclusively at ITR holders, letting them arrange arrangements for joint investment in real estate, allowing various joint ownership schemes such as timeshares, also executed through smart contracts. Finally, INTRO REstate will let the ITR holder pay for the property under construction in installments through a smart contract with the developer, with a maximum 36-month installment plan based on the standard property development cycle.

Once they are fully implemented, the INTRO service will offer extraordinary benefits to home buyers, allowing them to acquire property with greater convenience and much lower prices by cutting intermediaries and making options such as installments and timeshare more easily available.
