Vitecoin

Greetings.
In this article I would like to tell you about the vitecoin project
What is Vite? Vite is a high-performance, decentralized, next-generation application platform [1]. Vite is based on the Directed Acrylic Graph (DAG). "The DAG will be used for applications that require scalability in thousands of transactions per second. The launch of CryptoKitties hammered the Ethereum network, which led to slow transactions and high tariffs. Ethereum has a solution for this, called sharding, but it is 5 years old. Applications soon, I think, will appeal to the DAG for scaling. " [2]
What is DAG?
Let's first define Blockchain. Blockchain is a decentralized public book. The DAG is also a decentralized distributed register. DAG does the same thing that makes a blocker. The purpose of the DAG is the same as blockchain, ie. E. Maintain a decentralized record of online transactions, but the DAG achieves the same goal using various technologies. Both DAG and Blockchain are different technologies that try to achieve the same goal. There is absolutely no connection between the two technologies that prohibit the goal they are trying to achieve, i.e. scalable decentralized book.
What is an asynchronous DAG?
All DAGs are asynchronous.
Why is asynchronous DAG important for blockchain technology?
Asynchronous DAG technology is important and superior to blockchain technology, because it can reach more than 100 thousand Transactions per second, which is much more than a blockblade at the moment.
The difference between synchronous and asynchronous?
When you perform something synchronously, you wait for it to complete before moving on to another task.
When you perform something asynchronously, you can go to another task before it completes.
What does this mean for Blockchain?
In blockchain, new transactions are processed only after confirming previous transactions. For example. All transactions in bitcoin are first placed in Mempool, and then the miners select the transactions from there and check them. Miners choose new transactions only after checking previous transactions. This is what synchronously means that miners move to the next task after the completion of the previous task (the task here means transaction processing), but in DAG technology, which is asynchronous, all transactions are processed simultaneously even before the previous transactions are confirmed or not. This is what asynchronously means that the validators go to another task before the completion of the previous task (the task here means processing the transaction).

What is special about VITE?
Vite uses Block Dattice DAG in the same way as Nano, but there are some security flaws in DAG Block Lattice. They will create a chain of snapshots to fix security issues with the Nano DAG. And you can make smart contracts on VITE with the language Solidity ++ (which is compatible with Solidity). In Solidity and Solidity ++ there is no big difference, so Ethereum applications are compatible with VITE. Competitor Vite is Fantom (contract platform DAG + Smart). But Fantom uses the Scala language for smart contracts, so Ethereum Dapps is incompatible with Fantom.
In short, VITE uses Nano DAG technology and adds smart contracts to it, and uses the intelligent Solidity ++ language, which is compatible with Solidity.
