Summary:

Blackbox is a distributed application (DApp) that aims to provide a decentralized platform for organizations where they can have an interface to connect current paper and electronic contracts with smart contracts. This project tries to solve organizational problems where the tools used are expensive and inaccurate. This causes inefficiency. Blackbox helps organizations to improve their workflows, discard repetitive processes and to measure structured and unstructured data so that better decisions can be made. BBOS tokens will be used in this ecosystem and users can get tokens when they perform various tasks.

OS Blackbox:

BBOS, DApp, will consider the following elements to improve the business operating system:

Government: BBOS will provide flexible solutions to organizations because each organization has different principles and ways of working. The BBOS internal proposal system will conduct voting, aligning objectives and constructive feedback to improve the existing operating system.

Compensation: BBOS will provide fair compensation to all contributors according to the value given by them. BBOS will do this with the help of Delivered Value Values ​​and Proof of Value Protocol. The token used in this ecosystem will provide a low transaction cost and will reduce the time to complete the payment process.

Identity: At BBOS, the employee's identity will consist of expertise, reputation, and value contributed by them. This identity will be used to compensate fairly, to provide recommendations, etc.

Management: In this decentralized platform the term "management" will not only mean achieving organizational goals but also eliminate all inefficiencies by increasing the feedback mechanism and measuring further information with the help of blockchain technology and artificial intelligence (AI).

Proof of Value:

Proof of Value is used to eliminate inefficiencies that occur when evaluating employees. The evaluation process in organizations today is influenced by different biases, opinions, and benchmarks. Proof of Value is an algorithm that will calculate the value generated by contributors based on the quality of work, roles, responsibilities and income. This will ensure that fair prizes are distributed to contributors.
