Karma is a courageous initiative that leverages the power of decentralization and blockchain technology to empower membership-based organizations worldwide. With the era of decentralization, karma has new missions such as providing the Karma Protocol and Karma Internation Token (KIT) to empower membership-based societies around the world, including:

- Organization of physical membership (eg country club membership)

- Virtual membership organizations (such as university alumni branches)

- Non-profit organizations that do not have operational backbone (CRM, ERP, Analytics, etc.)

KARMA PROTOKOL

We will generate a custom ERC223 token (default token ERC20 tokens) with eighteen digits after the decimal point and the ticker symbol KIT. This will be the basis for all abilities in Karma.

KIT will become more valuable and offer more utilities as Karma continues to evolve in the following ways:

- Member organizations will use it to further their vision and goals

- Individual members may use KIT to buy and sell goods or services

- KIT holders may use Consensus to vote on relevant items

- Development Partners and Marketplace can use KIT to create their apps and reach an entirely different audience for their offerings

Our development allocation of 70,000,000 KIT, combined with 42.5% of our existing TGE capital, will be the Research & Development budget. The expected R & D budget will be divided into three parts (one part per each expected three years). Above Ethereal, we have built a service that uses Geth. Geth is a multipurpose command line tool that runs the complete Ethereum node that is implemented in Go. In this case, the Linux server runs on a Linux server without an open RPC / HTTP port.
